I'm down to my last set of pre K4 twin cans but I've got two spare bazookas. I'm sure I could modify one to put on the left side but the chrome would be ruined on that muffler. Thought ... to even things up I could paint them black to match the shit wheels. :onya:

I polished the Yoshi headers today ... a bit different to how they came off.

Scotch-Brite wheel to remove the road grime then the usual sisal & calico mops.

They are a real treat @Snapey,  great work.  I'm guessing you use a compound with the Sisal & Calico?

This is the Scotch-Brite wheel I find invaluable for most jobs. https://www.3m.com.au/3M/en_AU/company-au/all-3m-products/~/Scotch-Brite-Light-Deburring-Wheel/?N=5002385+3293241551+4294942426&preselect=3293786499+3293952831&rt=rud
I do have others of different shapes, sizes & grades but the fine one does most of the work. Not cheap especially if you have to buy three.
For buffing on the sisal wheel I use grey for stainless & brown on aluminium & the calico wheel it's green for stainless & white for aluminium.

A job well done Snapey, I always liked the red/blacks but I was never observant enough to realise that there
were two red/black colour schemes. Gold wheels would probably look nice but Black wheels with some GSX rim stickers are
a probably a whole lot easier to look after. I've put a spare pair of black rims on my SE with rim stickers and they are much more
forgiving if you would rather ride than clean.

looks really nice fella well done - I did mine in a similar way just use Harpic Max and a scuff pad to keep on top of them now

Keep up the good work
