I'm almost there
Next is the rear end new chain and yoshi adjuster blocks and a pair of Pirelli Angel gt 2's next week .
Then the bking forks to extend and rebuild with new springs then bking radial brakes and master cylinders .
Still away to go yet

Your on the ball Seth.

The Kings forks are a little softer than the Busa's. They are OK but are near the end of their range as stock. Kings front guard is a little odd but if it's not to taste there's the Busa / GSXR / aftermarket ones to play with.      My King is nearly 12 years old now and the brakes still impress me.

Cheers @Tony Nitrous
I have 75mm extensions for the forks and a hyperpro spring/oil kit for the forks so hopefully it'll be just fine.
1 of the things I really liked about my bking were the brakes .

The mudguard is getting del'd along with the rest of the paint work just now so should work well 8n the bike .

I have a Mate nearby who knocks up fork extensions in his shed, and a mate down south who does the same. There's a few variations but they both work.

I do buy and sell a few Suzuki parts, and hope to start doing more.
I did have a thought that if I ever had a spare front end, or put a Busa front end in my King, then a King front end would be nice on my 14. I'ts interesting watching your build as I really haven't got around to looking at ignitions, clock mounts, steering lock stops, headlight mounts etc etc yet, although I know it's all do-able.

Good luck with your build.

I believe the busa front is more advanced internally than the bking even though basically the same as later radial caliper busa forks.
I got the extenders from a company over thier call extreme creations.
And the yokes(thug yokes) are from a UK company called billet bike bits they are plug and play (you need to specify the model due to imobiliser ect) and except the mounting spacers for the lock that were to short .
a mate made up a new pair and everything else fitted no problem
I'll try add links for you and anyone else that needs the info.
I got the very low mileage forks from a friend but the spacers and yokes weren't cheap.the spacers due to 8mport charges from Australia and the yokes are about £400 here.

I know Ben (Extreme Creations) very well.

I'm 2nd left in the pic, he's 3'rd left in the pic.

He's done my mates swingarms, MT-09 turbo conversions and heaps of stuff.

Well tell him his kit is top notch quality and I'm very impressed .
Only problem for me was the import duties  that's no his fault.

Big steps today
After a quick chat and couple if messages/emails to @Blubber thanks buddy
The fork extenders are fitted and a test fit of the gsx1400 front wheel into the bking forks (the axles are different so got a bargin gen 2 hyabusa one from ebay same as bking) and everything looking great just need to work out headlight fairing mounts next but it's getting there if slowly.
