Plenty of options then. So between work and BMW club ride on Sunday, I can basically avoid being home all week if I so choose...
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Today just riding home, Road Transport Compliance setting up, they go through every tiny detail, not easy to get on with. I was last one past before they started. No baffle in Tri Oval & my mirror glass area not quite big enough wouldve cost a few bucks and time to get re checked.Chance i take as im not changing it. Anyway, my lucky day👏

A while back they were being a bit of an arse and even ticketing bikes with quiet (legal db) pipes were getting tickets, I think the tickets were for not being correctly marked or not having a matching frame tag for the pipes.   I spoke the Staintune and they sent me a frame tag with the new db reading and the registration stamped onto it.

This was a while back up hot spots like Mt Glorious when they were ticketing for short rear guards and rego holders etc, so not sure if they still do it.

Weather was great for a ride last Sunday though it did start to warm up in the arvo .. 34 / 36 C apparently.  Morning Cafe at Pickering Brook and Lunch at the PO Cafe Jarrahdale.

Rest Day Monday and today Tuesday it was off to Jarrahdale General Store Cafe for more chit chat with a group of like minded riders. Very cruisey ride to and back which makes a change, stopped and got a few pics of my Suzi.

Last pic is one I took a while back for Google reviews.

Nice one Mick, great rides up that way. The glw and I were out on the bike on Sunday down to Mandurah, Dawesville and a quick tour of the estuary road then back up old coast road, lunch at Sharkies in Mandurah Dolphin Quay before the run home. It was warm for sure.

Another Thursday and the weather is perfect !! So it's off to Pickering Brook / Perth WA. Approximately 90 bikes today, most are vintage / British / and a mix of classic oldies.

Great day riding with Mates.

Had a great day out yesterday. Wife and I went up to Coromandel town hoping to see the Pohutukawa trees in bloom along the coast road from Thames to Coromandel. We must have been a bit early. Anyway we had a lovely lunch and got to see the Coromandel Santa Parade. The kids loved the lolly scramble !! Got home at 7pm after a 370km round trip. Excellent day.

320isk km round trip ride around Perth districts and surrounds, ended up at Miami Bakehouse, had a very decent hone made steak, bacon and cheese pie abd great coffee.  Was a bit warm, 34deg on the way home. Will be getting a new summer mesh jacket and gloves this week, cutrent gloves are tearing at the thumb and forefinger, jacket is still great, just too hot for a summer ride (full leather).

Took the Gen-2 out and tried to do the exact route I did yesterday on the Gen-3. A close as I could back to back comparison.
Although they share the same frame and swingarm, are both 1340's, both wearing new S22's there's quite a few differences and they certainly aren't the same.

First longish ride on the bike today, 310kms from the Manawatū to Tokoroa. 27C, sunny but pretty windy. Snow on Mt Ruapehu, but Mt Ngauruhoe and Mt Tongariro were clear.
Spending tomorrow in Tokoroa, then home on Sunday...anticipate some delay, as 16,000 competitors and supporters are in Taupo for an Ironman World Championship event.
The bike was great, but you'll not be surprised by that, and the wind blast definitely helps keep the speed down.
There's always room in the world for a bit more tolerance and kindness.

Are they actual places or Kiwi swear words😂 Well done Mate, you wont get sick of it, maybe the wind blast but thats how a naked bike is.
