I did that in January of this year, 'slept' in my helmet on the side of the road, waiting for it to open at 7am.  Not a good experience, riding with a full face helmet is fine, plenty of air getting in, not so when you're stopped.  Kept running out of air & waking up gasping - was too cold to take it off so ended up alternating with visor open for a bit then closed for a bit. Naf all sleep though.
