He'll have old n oil in it anyway. A cooler full isn't 1.2ltrs is it? The manual says a dry engine takes 5.7ltr so that's 1.2ltr left in after a normal oil n filter change.

No thats the point he's replacing his oil cooler being the main part of the job

Yeah, I don't recall needing much over 0.5ltr when I've changed an oil cooler so the lump still won't be empty.

Not that it matters.

I guess it's the most oil you can get out of the block without stripping it .

Well done on baffle solution Speedy. sleepless night created brilliance. do you have crash nobs on forks n rear axle? if not use that threaded rod. dont waste it. get some skate board wheels, how i did it. a couple of bucks instead of paying big to RG etc. bit more thinking but look superb and just some protection.
