Lamest personalised number plate ever?

I bought a DEL one 22 years ago and only for one reason I bought a car cheap cause it had NOB in the registration - still got it today and it has been on 6 cars (so much revenue for the DVLA)

I saw a red car yesterday with the number plate "R3D"

So he'd spent $2,500 to buy a plate which didn't actually say RED, to tell people that his car (which is painted red) is red.




Maybe you'd spend that money on a red Ferrari or something you think? Nah - Skoda Wagon.

A few years ago coming out of a Theatre in London on to a crowded street we saw a Rolls Royce stuck in the traffic with the number plate 1

Having looked it up it is or was the most expensive ever sold at £7.25 million
