I used to have a fair collection of knives and bayonets before I got a FAC and started into guns, making my own heads and ammo.  Then when the law changed and guns were outlawed I sold virtually everything, last bit to go was a new commando knife.

Makes me wish to live in America again. But then I likely wouldn't have a 14 :smitten:

That's what the coppers reckon about my mate... he has around 160 firearms.

Wouldn't be WW3 though as most are black powder and old 303's.

I have quite a few guns and cross bows but i live on an estate its part of my job vermin control , all my airguns are back in wales at the minute as ive not got round to getting a bloody licence for them yet , ( you need one in Scotland now ) and it s more of a pain in the ass to get than a shotgun and only one step less than an FAC  :furious:
i intend to live for ever or die trying !!

ya may as well go the whole hog & get an FAC, then you could machine gun the vermin.    Whats an FAC anyway?  Fire Arms C?

Firearms licenses stop the crims from getting their hands on guns......don't they ??  :confused1:

@shanered6
I didn't realise that you needed to have a FAC for air rifles in Scotland now. To be honest I'm surprised thy haven't made it law in England and Wales too. I haven't been out shooting with mine for years now. Gone are the days when you could sort of get away with just wandering around on farmers land shooting rabbits etc. You'd end up being surrounded by a SWAT team now if you even tried doing it.

Ye it came into force last August up here .. its just a money making thing as its £76 for a bloody airgun ! ... i wouldn't mind if you could have more power for having a licence ....but no still just allowed 12ft/lb  :furious: and a shotgun ticket is easer to get i mean were is the sence in that !!! :confused1:

Given my Weihrauch HW80 .22 air rifle a bit of a make over in the last few weeks as I'm bored not tinkering with bikes any longer :rolleyes:

Just fitted a TbT tuning kit to it to make it quieter and smoother. Yesterday I fitted a new 3-9x50 Hawke scope with illuminated reticule. I've ordered a custom walnut stock for it but I'm going to have to be patient as it'll take four weeks to arrive. From testimonies and photo's I've seen they look stunnning. I'll pop a photo up when it's arrived and fitted.

I completely forgot about this thread..Must be an age thing :rofl2:

Photo of the custom stock fitted as promised a while back now. It totally transforms the rifle in looks as well as hold/handling.

My collection of sharp pointy things has grown considerably as well :imrgreen:
