Well what do you expect the family to say about their beloved offspring? They are hardly likely to come out with "fair play, he was a scumbag". Blame the media for asking stupid questions in the first place.

Its get worse, really bad, it turns out the burglar just happened to be one of our 'traveler' friends ( gippo) & the 'family' has sworn vengeance as he was a real nice guy who loved his family, now the old fella has to move out, never to come back & has to have police protection 24-7.

Its time this government said enough is enough & kick the lowlife scum out, ALL our UK politicians are totally spineless, I'm bloody seething as I write this, these arseholes are f**king taking over.

Thieving scum they get all the benefits and pay for nothing the plod should tax a look at the motors as I bet they have no tax mot or insurance .
If they are travellers they can move on as I bet there staying on an illegal site so they don't pay council tax ECT.
Only good thing is the crime rate might just drop in the area as one of them is hiding and the other is dead.

Totally agree with you Lawrie and Seth.  Not only that but the scumbags family and friends are putting flowers outside the home of the guy burgled, all the neighbours are disgusted and have complained but the police wont move them, I bloody would and chuck them in the bin.  Why do the scum have more rights than the law abiding in this country, really pisses me off.

I see there are a group in London from "Biker Biker" who are patrolling some of the hotspots in London for theft - was on the local news this evening. Police are not happy though
