I remember my 50th, 12 yrs gone now. We went to pub, then back to my house. Drank till 6am. Had brekky and all of us off to golf. Was a long tough day.

So this bus pass Mick, once you're 65 do you get free travel on busses?  We get a 'gold' card which gives you discounted travel on busses n other things.

So this bus pass Mick, once you're 65 do you get free travel on busses?  We get a 'gold' card which gives you discounted travel on busses n other things.
In Wales you get free bus travel when you reach 60 and a third off rail travel  :)
The older I get the better I was

I get 1/3 of rail travel with my over 50 club card (costs £30 a year ).
At the moment i get anywhere return in Scotland for £17 .

I'll have to be 67 for my work and state pensions tho  :facepalm:

Thats a coincidence im 50 in june this year so is the wife .. well me and the misses are ths same age on the same day 4th june .
i intend to live for ever or die trying !!
