would love to come Seth but just a little too far from here - over 500 miles but considering I have only done 700 miles since my last MOT Lol  - did look at flights and then hire a bike at £100 a day ......

I dont know if this will work on your computers but it works on mine..
I contacted Seth with regards to the proposed route so that I could (in theory) create a GPX file.

If anyone needs it for TomTom then try these. I've had to zip them as the extensions aren't allowed to be uploaded here.

Most Tomtoms should use the one that ends New.ov2, but if that doesn't work then try the other.

Really looking forward to this meet guys n gals. My 1st real test of my (ahem) not the GSX and I'm sure I'm gonna get some beef (or haggis) abuse. Can we get all the "what happened to the 4th cylinder" or "where's the engine" remarks over quickly so I can to the beering?

I still don't know where to head for or where staying but I'll look up soon as.

I'm taking a few days either side too to get about a bit. 1st nite in Leeds with family then with you guys then I think 2 more days to explore!!!

In theory you could possibly meet Red Biker and I at Carlisle. .
But thats not set in stone..
I am thinking of leaving extra early to avoid traffic if I opt for the bridge version of the route..

I'll be staying over in Garforth, Leeds with family on thurs nite and setting off from there fri morning.

Suppose I'll be on the road by 10 and might take a right n go up past Newcastle or maybe not. I'm aiming to get to digs between 5 n 6.
