Speaking of "sparkly" a young lady went a music festival recently and decided she would go topless with only glitter applied to her nipples. She was most shocked that a young lad should dare to have a feel.......

Remember watcing Billy Ocean feeling like I was actually on an Ocean, pi--ed it down for about 4 hours, soaked to the skin but loved it

AAAAAARRGHHH - I was just about to take the bike or a run and it suddenly starts raining !!!!

Hasn't rained for a week or so at least, and not this heavy for a while.

But with a freshly cleaned bike, and a brand new tyre - no thanks.

Mine is waiting to be cleaned as well. I still have to warm up a little after 1 1/2 hours riding in sunshine by 5°. Temps will be rising again as the next storm is rolling in 

The weather is going to pot!  15 degrees forecast here for next week..... it's February ffs!

Don't worry,  temps will go down again in time for Karneval here so the half-naked won't strip down all the way.  Some will do anyway

Austrians don't seem to go as daft during Karnival.... I remember being in Düsseldorf a few years ago during karnival.... OMG!  3 days of complete drunkenness and crazy behaviour by the locals, seemed to me that they store this up for the whole year and release it all at one shot!

It's a Rhineland thing. That's where I live. During these days I stay inside my home. Definitely not going to ride then, as way to many drunks running across and on the road.

Will be interesting to see how the batch of new arrivals (the burka kind) will deal with that.
