(this is not the finished hose its just to show the hose as i will fit the filter nearer to the back of the tank rather than the fuel pump as in the picture and fit hose clamps to all ends)

that small filter has 6mm on the outside but the inlet to the tank is 6mm on the inside.
It has never caused a lack of flow by stretching the accelerator??

In advertisement plastic filter eBay seems to indicate that it is detachable interior.

Must be different size hoses? Mine is 8mm. This is original hose, now replaced, 6&8 mm filters shown.

I think the important is original I.DIAM of 6mm. so as not to decrease fuel flow

As posted, my i.d of hose is 8mm. Thats why i bought 8mm(5/16 inch) filter.

I"ve finally changed to this filter, located in Germany web with I.D5 and E.D8mm.
Taking into account that the ID of the tank outputs are 6mm, with grease in drills I went to 5.5 and then 6mm without any problem.
This is only a decrease of 0.5mm wall

Just remember the low pressure extra fuel line is just to keep fort from teabag and just helps any dirt be seen and the fuelpump can still get fuelfrom the sump my extra filter mod just helps bit keeping crap out of the teabag
This doesn't affect the main. Fuelpump in anyway
