It was a Tyee - just over 30 pounds - I caught a 42lb'er a couple of years ago.
This a one netted me $250 and a golf Odyssey Putter - Got it on a 30lb test with a anchovy hoochy
The area is Denham Bay near Stuart Island on the BC Coast so saltwater.
I will be heading up there again in September .....hopefully!!
