Finally got round to sorting a few photos you might enjoy of my trip last week riding the passes and peninsula's of the Wild Atlantic Way. Just under 1500 miles in 7 days in some of the most beautiful breathtaking scenery one can find, with a real mixture of fast to very challenging (read goat track) type roads. And plenty of Guinness and Murphys as well. What more can one want?

We even did the Healy Pass in the Beara Peninsula - what fun and so challenging - http://www.dangerousroads.org/europe/ireland/4289-healy-pass.html - it was so much fun I just had to go back down and do it all over again. Woohoo!

And given we started off in Duncannon - well it would have been rude not to repeat riding along the beach same as last year.....

Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

Few more...including the "ambush" of Tigers (yes there were 5 Trumpets on the tour  :onya:)

Last few - showing Healy Pass (with me after I finished my first run) and my favourite "petrol" pump!

Great photos Barmy good to see the trumpys earning its keep. Thanks for sharing. Looks like a great place to visit.
Still having photoshop problems though aye.  :whistling:

Good to see you cracked it on the last shot.  :onya:
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

Thx Dave, love to see pic's of the other side of the world.  Great wee twisty road in a couple of them too.

The reason the sky is clear in the last shot is cause there's a Beemer, KTM & Hodna in it - no Trumpets!
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

Once you get off the main roads you can get some real demanding roads with challenging hairpins, things like a hairpin followed by another on a 1:4 slope with gravel and grass in the middle of the single lane track. I've shot loads of video which I'm editing right now so once done - a few weeks maybe - I'll post links up.

Yes we did get sunshine, but on a lot of the roads as you go up in altitude, so you either get mists or ride in the cloud just places where Trumpets can get to that's all LOL.
