Yes magnesium for me too. I suffer with cramp. Got taken to hospital with bloody cramp. I was in a bad way. They put IV in and I came good pretty quick.
Scary bit was when they said my vital organs would be cramping too.
Cramp is a bugger !!

Hmmmm, I used to get wicked cramps, in all sorts of 'weird' muscles. (not that muscle!) Seems to have abated now to some extent, but if I'm 'on the turps' for a few days (or week) they come back. Might be flushing out all the magnesium?
