Just checked - last one of my place was 2014 just after we moved in. There's a Land Rover in the driveway (how I know we were there) but no human type people...

The rental we had before that - photo is from 2013. Different LR in the driveway - also mine. No peeps again.

House before that (one I had with ex-wife, photo before current one) - yet another LR in the driveway- also mine. No peeps.

In fact I've only ever seen one google street view car thing and I was out and about driving at the time....
