Hi all just went for a ride and bike started to stall and run ruff only a couple of kms up the road.
Pulled over to have a look and it was blowing blue smoke out of left exhaust then started to drip oil under bike.
Got it home found idle screw come off put that back on runs good now but still blowing smoke from both exhaust now could that be oil from before or a bigger problem.
Really don't want to ride it and do more damage any help would be great.

Ouch, that doesn't sound too good at all. The idle screw coming loose wouldn't cause blue smoke, that's caused by the engine burning oil. Why it's burning oil is the question. Could be lots of reasons & remedys, but a bit more info would be needed to try & work out what's happened.
Could be broken rings, could be worn / busted valve guides, could be wrong grade of oil, hole burned through piston - lots of reasons.

Now, how long has it done this? just today in a few k's or been gradually getting worse & more noticeable? How's she start? Have you pulled the plugs & checked to see which cyl is giving the grief? or is it all cyl?

There is lots of knowledge on the forum here, I'm sure it'll be sorted so you know which way to go insofar as repairs.  Pull the plugs & have a look for a start.

Strange the idle screw had come off? New one on me that's for sure, so not sure how that has happened.

Likelihood is that there is residue in the cans - years ago, one of the suggestions with the old Honda-4's in the UK was to actually pour oil down the inside of your cans then go for a fast run so it burnt off in the inside, the theory being that it stopped the rot from the damp weather we have in the UK. Used to blow blue smoke for quite a few miles - but as at thye moment, don't think that's your issue (although there may be a slight residue possibly)

Regards the dripping oil - check your air filter. Remember there is a drain tube off the air filter box (front of the swing arm), so if oil got blown back into the air filter and contaminated it (as well as leaving some in the bottom), the blue smoke could be that you are drawing in oil-laden air and there is oil in the bottom of the air box. Where was the oil dripping from? If it was the back of the engine / front of the swing arm, then the likelihood is that its oil in the air filter box. Take the drain plug off the bottom of the air filter box drain pipe and change your air filter.

If not then I think we need to know where the oil is dripping from (in your opinion).

Can't think what else it could be at this time.
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

Was leaking from back of engine and front of swingarm area will have a look at filter.
Since putting screw back in it sits idle nice at 1000rpm and revs nice.

Then that sounds like you have got some oil in the air filter box as the drain pipe from the air filter comes out there. Some oil (or oil mist is not abnormal), I suspect that when the screw came out and your engine started playing up, that some additional oil may have got dragged into the air filter box and from there sucked in through the injectors - hence the blue smoke and dripping oil from where you said.

Putting the screw back in will have stopped it doing that.

Personally I think if it all ticks over and revs nicely now, then I don't think you have an issue at all. You may get a small amount of blue smoke coming out for a while, but that will go as the fumes etc get out of the air box, but nothing you can do about that. I'd just check your air filter is all clean (or should I say not oily), if it is oily in any way then I'd change it, else all is good.

Either way - I don't think you have an issue at all, and it is quite safe to ride.
