A great story to read from the beginning.  :)

Make sure you keep up ALL the exercises the physio gave you.

I had an op on my spine 5 years ago, still do the exercises the physio gave me every day. It works so well I am coming to the end of a total restoration of a French farm house. A mate came out last year for a few days, we installed the last 8 ceiling beams. He could not believe I had put the other 12 in single handed given my historic "glass back".

Following good advice you could take up running, my recommendation would be, follow the advice, and just enjoy getting your leg over!

( the 14 you perves!)
If you are going to run out of fuel, do it in your garage.

It's only a short walk to the kettle.

Thanks lil :onya:

Getting my leg over (The 14 ) was VERY painful to start with :mwink:

Lets see some photo's of your farmhouse project please :onya:

I'm still riding, but the Arthritis is really getting bad in all my joints now..Hands are really bad. Even the hip that I had replaced is causing me a lot of pain again.
I think my riding AND working days are sadly numbered now :frustrated: :frustrated:

Ref joint replacement, my Dad is 90 next Feb and he had his right hip replaced 2 days ago. He had the left done in 1993, left knee in 2003 and right knee in 2012!!..I swear he's bionic :imrgreen:
