Good looking day for a ride Irish  :onya:

Still a tad nippy probably 10 degrees C but with the wind chill factor felt like about 6, all those years in Oz have made me soft.

Weather was sunny so took my eldest out for her first proper ride today.

I have a pair of Sena Bluetooth headsets so was able to check how she was. She loved it!

Looks like Seaways car park?

Certainly is. I only live about 20mins from the cafe so it is a nice quick blast for a coffee and a look at a few different bikes it was quite busy today. Only did a 40 mile round trip today

It's a common stop for me, the back ways from the A19 are lovely roads to ride over on.

Had a nice run out yesterday with my mate on his Hornet, left Wales after a breakfast & headed to J&S Northwich then explored some of Cheshire's finest roads before heading back into Wales and up to the top of the Horseshoe Pass for Coffee and cake in the Ponderosa, then on to Betws y Coed for a final cuppa before heading home

We did just over 160 miles, the weather was fine  & lots of bikes out, although blowing a gale up at the Ponderosa, started with a full tank of fuel and still two bars left when I got home which I think is pretty good. I have to say it was a top day & the bike is running as good as I have ever know her to  :clapping:

I think I got caught on camera by one of the local photographers so will add pictures when they get uploaded, just hope that was the only camera that got me as it was quite a spirited but safe ride at times  :boogie:

This was taken by one of those photogs up at the Ponderosa two years ago.  Not my 14 but still a Suzuki.  One of the last times I was on the bike, came of my push iron last May and buggered by shoulder and ribs, hopefully fit now so back out soon!

I'd say the GSX1400 is a torguier beast but the Bandit more nimble.

Aksu the 1200 bandits were more mental / fun that the water cooled 1250.

...and then the Winged Hussars arrived.

grog

Today i saw a beautiful green painted 14 as i drove by. Very heavy traffic, thought i have to photo this one for forum. I spent 20 minutes, multiple traffic lights, just to get back to it. Drove into its parking place, was a XJR, was i disappointed, annoyed mainly.
