Help please

OK folks little problem really need help on bike starts and runs perfect but when stick In gear and let clutch out it engages then stalls with f1 light coming on checked out and come up with tilt sensor changed that and does the same thing I have had it running I rode up down street and after left it for couple hrs same thing g happens really getting to me now thanks

You're not leaving the side stand still down when you put it in gear are you?  That'll cause a stall everytime, make sure the stand is tucked away and the switch is working correctly. (There's a side stand switch in case you didn't know)
It definitely sounds like a side stand switch issue to me anyway. Either stand is down or switch is malfunctioning / crudded up.

ive seen similar on bandits, when you put them into gear they just cut out, its caused by a bad earth and a simple fix. worth checking all yours just in case.
