And i thought slow upload was a problem only i had. It took nearly 3.5hrs to upload 4.20mins of footage.
Still no idea how to get it from UTube to here.

its simple a case of copying the link from your address bar from the video to hear.. so if your video is at w w w . youtube . com/watch?v=c7kY3GJh9AA then thats what you put here...

No the work computer is so locked down its a miracle I can get on here !!

Can't upload any files aside from some still image formats.
Can't download any files aside from MS Office formats, Open Office formats and PDF
Can't email any files, or have an email with a number of files, totalling 10 MB or more.

I worked at a place like that but i used proxy sites to surf and do the things the work firewall prevented.. Look here..
