Froudy, think you have bar ends turned in. Did they hit mirror heads or bracket they mount on? If they hit brackets i will need shorties. Longs are 170mm, never measured originals. Thanks Mate.

They caught the bar end on the clutch side. Probably by moving the clutch inboard a little it would solve the problem though :onya:

Re boobies see attached.

Re levers ive had pazzos on my 675, best ever  loved em.  Great quality and loved the adjustability.

I would get them again. You get what you pay for - think about what these levers are doing, id hate for a 50 buck cheapy to fail at the critical moment, then be wishing youd spent a bit more...

I decided to bump this thread because it's relevant to my question.

I bought a set of chinesium levers for my bike some time back - of the extendable type - assuming that I could have them short for easy 2 finger braking, or longer to 'stock' length.

Weirdly though, the short length is teh ame as stocl lever and the extended length is well past the end of the bars ! Very odd indeed.

Anyway I am hoping someone can point me to adjustable length levers of the former variety.  (short.normal) rather than (normal/long) ?

Have a Google for Pazzo levers, had them on my Daytona 675, nice bit of kit.

Pazzo only has short OR standard.
I was looking for a cheap set that I could use both and see which I prefer before shelling out big $ for pazzos.

After recent posts about spare levers, wouldnt mind a set. Just for under seat in case. Some are stupid prices, some are chinese that promise the world. What do i buy?Just a spare set i mean. Do other Suzuki levers fit?

I'm pretty sure the clutch lever I had to buy in Wales once was off a big Bandit they had in the showroom.

The cheap Chinesium levers are fine. Just be aware that with the clutch lever on span setting 1 it might not actuate the clutch switch. It caught me out big time after doing a 12 hour night shift!
It's easily remedied by sticking a small piece of packing in the lever. You could also leave it as it's a simple anti theft "device" :onya:

I had to do similar to cheap levers as on max span they were too close, so I stuck a tiny metal off cut on to adjust it. Oddly the other one of the pair needed a bit filing off as on min span it was too far out...

Can't beat quality control.
