Right, sorry for the long wait!
Update time, I tested everything and found no problems with the wiring, so I took apart every connector and cleaned them all and wd40ed for good measure. What ever the problem is it as (Fingers crossed) been sorted.
Thanks everyone for your help and hopefully I wont have to reply to this again with, well that didn't work,
