Pain in the neck

Well, with the pain not easing, I visited the Osteopath today. He knocked shit out of me. In the end, tells me two ribs were out and locked between the shoulder blades, top of my spine seized solid.

Asked how fast I was going when I fell off! 

Right now I feel like I did have a f....ng accident. Just hope it eases.

At least the new handlebars have arrived and the risers should be here by the weekend.

I think a massage would do good now it has been adjusted.

Agree with Andre. I have a lot of issues with hands going numb, shoulder and back  being uncomfortable.....old age and a lifetime of manual work. Nothing new really.
I go to massage therapist once a month just for maintainance and always before going to an osteopath. Get good results as muscles are relaxed.
