I was never a fan of Tom Cruise movies.

But...... I recently watched "American Made" and thought it was brilliant.

By far his best movie for me.

It was a Risky Business in those days. Took him quite some time to become (in many people's eyes) a Legend. Some even viewed him with Endless Love, seeing him as Far And Away the best actor the US had to offer, but in reality there were only A Few Good Men.

When he became a Top Gun. all he could see was The Colour Of Money. It meant he could afford to drink a Cocktail or two. Sometimes he'd drink himself into Oblivion. Or at least he looked that way with his Eyes Wide Shut.

During those Days Of Thunder, that Tropic Thunder, he was so cool he was standing in the Rain Man!

There's no doubt he's American made, and if his mum had held out for another few hours he'd even have been Born On The Fourth Of July.

At one stage there he seemed to be really Losin' It, jumping on couches and scientologing, and a comeback seemed like Mission Impossible.

But he seems to have made All The Right Moves in recent years.
