Without going into too much detail  , I have a really flat arse with hardly any padding, so I still get a sore arse even with the air hawk.
The more I say, the softer I get

Get a gel insert put in the seat Sweaty, or buy one of those flash seats on E-Bay from France, shipping is the killer for me on those though.

I should get gel inserts put in each butt cheek instead Col, that way i will have an arse for the first time and comfort as well 
I am starting to think about a seat upgrade as there are a few good options over here, like ACM, Guzzler, Ergo etc.
