Chilly bin is NZ speak Dave. On the mainland (the proper down under) it's called an Esky and the Oz cops have the same sense of humour as their NZ counterparts.

I see in the pic that one even has 'wheelie bars' on the back!   A fun machine for sure, just don't drive it on the road.

He was lucky to get a fine and not a ban. In the UK it's always a ban for drink driving, regardless of whether the vehicle is legal.
