miss fire

has anyone encountered a hesitation between gear changes, its like the engine cuts out for a moment then fires again I've tried changing gear with out using the clutch and its the same, when riding hard and going through the box fast you don't notice it its only when taking it easy that you notice it

Do you feel this too when just pulling the clutch AND not shifting?


Reason i ask: it sounds like a ON/ OFF reaction due to TPS misalignment in the low RPM

bike runs fine while stationary even when pulling clutch in, but I did notice some times it takes 3or4 attempts to start, I fitted a 4 degree advancer and the bike ran fine but was even worse to start so I reverted back to original rotor
