is the velsen tunnel open again now blubber as it was a right hassle with all the roadworks and alternative routes .
it must have been a total pain for you locals

Seth, Yes it is open again. The main reason for the revamp was to increase height for heavy traffic: on the first day, 3 trucks got stuck  . They only gained about 10cm,  that took 9 months
