Riding jacket needs a clean. Not the outside so much but the inside is starting to hum.
Could i get it dry cleaned without removing the waterproofing....... I suspect not.
What else do you do to keep yours fresh?
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

Presume it's textiles you have? I've just the other day done mine. Took out all the removable pads and washed on delicate 30 degree with Nikwax for goretex type materials then retreated to help restore water repellency. The label on mine says not to dry clean.

You need to use the proper stuff to put the waterproofing back in - in the UK, as Celtic32 says we have Nikwax and other similar products, would suggest a trip to your local camping / textile shop to see what they recommend locally (its not unique to bikers, this stuff is general available to campers as well for washing their wet gear in)
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

I have used Hempel Textile Protect, meant for boating, for hoods etc. Smells really bad for day or two, work has to be done outside of the house, but it works.
