Happy Xmas.

Did a 5k Park Run this morning. Bit slower than normal but it was warm and my dog was less than enthusiastic towards the end.

Took a fall climbing over a barbed wire / star picket fence late last night. Managed to open up my hand a bit, bit sore today.  Sometimes I need to remember in not a youngster anymore.

Great family day today, good food, good jokes. Nice in pool, one of our best. Tomorrow, maybe a decent ride, all my jobs up to date.
