Hi folks
My bike is fine, and all is working smooth. Gearbox is sometimes clunky when operated with clutch lever (I do it 98% of the time riding with calm and ease).
When gearing up, no clutch, gearbox is perfect
For this reason, and being a quite old lady, I would like to change the clutch components
It's hard to find a complete instruction guide on how installing a new clutch.
Anyone suggesting me the link of an existing guide or a complete instruction set?

Thank you very much

Keep the rubber side down.          Mick

Why? the clutches on these don't wear out. Just rebuild the slave cylinder & clean the pushrod.

Not able myself unfortunately
Will go for a mechanic
Thanks you all folks

Hi Hooli
Would gladly do that: any step by step instructions?
Thank you very much

TBH it's as simple as take the slave carrier off, unscrew the cover over the cylinder, pump the piston out with the lever.

Then clean it all up & put it back.

Will do that on end season together with a couple of other maintenance I scheduled for end summer before having the beast to bed for winter
thank you very much

I've also added my notes for clutch inspection/change here, if you need it:

My 1400 is nearly 50k miles and none of the measurements were remotely near the end of their tolerances.
