I must be different. Have Android Tablet, new Android Samsung work phone, Windows 10 computer and SE Apple phone. I understand/know how to use all of them. Android crap drives me crazy, Windows not too bad, Apple just so easy compared to others. Around my 5th Apple phone, never a problem.

I use Apple MacBook Air and an iPhone 8 ( I think) and it all works seamlessly - would not go back to Android

It's just what ya get used to, if you use something enough, it becomes the norm, if you then have to 're-learn' how to do stuff you already do with ease on an existing platform (either one) then the new one becomes a PITA & is shelved. 
They all work, it's just user preference.  (and there's no capital 'A' )
