A bit off topic I know bit I have to share this with you. I work as a glass cutter for a company in the double glazing industry, this morning the driver of the truck which delivers the toughened glass we order turns up , not only is he two hours late but when he opens up the curtain (sider) it's empty . He has only gone and jumped in the wrong truck . We were all pissing ourselves at his misfortune. He had to go back and pick up the right truck and deliver our order. ( 3hr round trip) . As a trucker(GSXKing) you do basic checks like making sure you have the right load , it's secure and the correct paperwork before you set off. This guy did none of the above . Hope you enjoy

I accidentally smashed a window recently.
It was a pane to replace.

I came in from having a cigarette and while closing the cumbersome sliding glass door I remarked, "Man that door is heavy!"
"I know," says the missus, "sometimes it pushes me back."
"That's terrible! Has it committed any other crimes against you?" I asked.
"No, but we should still sue it for everything it has though!" she said.
She was considering a glass action lawsuit.
I grinned at her and offered, "It would probably just say it was framed."

A couple of the truck drivers I know are fastidious regarding the weight, distribution and tying down of their load. Even for relatively short trips they make no short cuts when it comes load security.

One is a motorcyclist and taught the other the right way to do things.

One of my greatest concerns as a rider and motorist is to see the unsecured loads in small trucks and trailers that could become a missile on a motorway. Not easy to avoid a sheet of iron ot timber launched off a vehicle at highway speed.
