Today sat on an Indian Commander. Huge bike. Makes 14 feel tiny. Owner has latest r1250 BMW, MV 4 cylinder and Aprillia sporty bike. Reckons Indian is the best. Reckons hard to scrape? Largest bike ive ever sat on. Not my style but looked pretty good.

As long as you ride that type of bike appropriately they can be quite enjoyable

I know a guy had one similar, he did the USA Japan and Australia on it, shipped it over from Dublin.

Just my opinion but that is one ugly bike...

I'm liking the new Triumph Trident...
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Eric, agree. Not for me, just its size blew me away. Trident is very nice, dont mind at all. Needs a bigger motor.

Seems that Triumph are just using any old name on their bikes nowadays, the original Trident used their biggest most powerful engine when it came out, then in the 90's it used their biggest most powerful engine in the 900 version although they did have a little un (750) to make more money.  Now they've used it on a tiddler which is trying to compete with the MT09 and Z650 where teh Street triple already fills that role.  I think they should have used a modified Tiger 1200 (bored and stroked to at least 1300cc) engine in the Trident and give us a big muscle bike with a British badge on it.
Keep the rubber side down.          Mick

One thing I'll say for Indians - they are nicer than Harleys.

But if you want a big cruiser, that doesn't scrape easily, and is fun to ride, and looks good - well, that's what the Guzzi California is for.

Plus it has the correct engine capacity

My knees hit the heads on those, tried one a few years ago.  Plus they'd get damn hot if they were only just close.  Nah, a wing or K1600

Look, the engine has taken a bite out of the fuel tank.  :whistling:

Go the whole hog with a Roadliner XV1900. Know a guy with one and it's actually pretty good.

Just terrible Vlad. I rode a Stelvio 5 or so yrs ago, not a bike i liked. I did like the old 850 LeMans yonks ago, hard seat and suspension. SFC, never heard of that bike b4. Just had a read on it. Dont look at cruiser stuff at all. I rode a 1800 version with bucks spent on motor, it could go. If i was going that way a Diavel with a tune to smooth would be my choice. One i looked after for a year, nice bike but not smooth below 4500 revs.
