IPA's

Just wondering who else is partial to a good IPA?  It's not because I'm imbibing myself, no, just a rhetorical question, perhaps, well maybe a few . . .   Who else likes to be grabbed by the senses of a big over-hopped IPA?

Marston's Old Empire is my favourite IPA, still made to the original design & about 5.7%. It's a damn lovely pint but you don't see it in pubs very often which is a shame.

I like a drop of Gun Brewery (just along the road for me) Spin Drift IPA, their Scaramanga Extra Pale goes down very well too!

I personally find most IPA`s to be a nice `middle of the road` pint, but there are exceptions, and i`m with Hooli on this one, MOE is a heck of a pint

Hi Col,
A friend of mine suggested I try a few IPAs, sad to say I now have a bit of a taste for them
and pay a premium carton price for them, lots of bars over here don't have them on tap or in cans so
I've often gone to the bar and said "have you got any IPAs" when they say "No" I leave with a coffee or water,
my mate suggested I leave with a nip of good scotch next time which might not be bad advice.
I'm lucky or unlucky to have a local brewery which fills up my kegs with IPA, I find that they run out
a lot quicker than I thought they would.

Damn you blokes, got me interested now. Just found a Coopers home brew kit for IPA. Guess what will be my next. Will let you know what i think of it, 6 weeks time.
