Props to black widow exhausts

Some of you may have seen I had an issue with my collector box with the mount just randomly snapping off.
Well i tried to contact them through eBay months ago but no reply and with covid I kind of forgot about it.
2 days ago I emailed there actual website.
Got a reply yesterday about sending them a picture and my order details.
Now the collector box is still on the bike so the pictures weren't great at all.
But got a reply today and there just gonna send out a brand new one with a set of gaskets.
Delivery is due next Tuesday.
Just thought I'd let you guys know. Seem to be a real good company to deal with.
The warranty would of been gone in 2 weeks if I didn't contact them.

This arrived this morning.

Sent out Friday from the UK. Delivered to my house this morning.
Top class.
Now if I'm in the market I'd happily get a black widow exhaust since the customer service to top notch.
Now to get time to fit it!!!

So went to tackle the job today and had everything ready. Only then I saw the invoice , it said collector box for xjr1200
Emailed them to see if the exhausts are the same but they replied no.
So now they sending out the right collector box
Be 2 weeks now before I can get stuck in
