Was floating around under throttle bodies on top of gear box area.

It is some type of START button, that's what the symbol means.

It's not a part of the 14, I think.

Could have been bouncing around in there for years.
Might get in there with my bicycle torch to see if there is any added wiring that may have had an on/off switch.

I`d go with the start/stop or kill switch theory (though i`d expect the latter to be red maybe). Viewed from the underside i`d guess the `plunger` (plastic/nylon?) mechanism for the switch itself would fit into the hole, this rubber shroud being the cover effectively......or is it the cover for a re-set button maybe? Alarm system reset?  :confused1: I don`t recognise it as a `14` part.
