Both near mint, both 99% standard, (end cans - but I had the originals) and both have now flown the nest, sold three days after I took this photo due to a lack of garage space :cry2: I guess you can`t keep `em all  :frustrated:!

Nice  :drool:the old school blade is an itch I desperately need to scratch always fancied one. Hope it went to a good owner. Appreciating classic  :smitten:

Cheers Yoda,

Yes I can highly recommend the `Blades. I`ve owned two over the years, this `96, and a `97 model which were both real flyers, even by todays standards. These earler ones were pillion friendly too, provided a grab rail was fitted, (which suprisingly wasn`t a standard factory fit!), add to that brilliant handling and bulletproof reliability and you have the best road going sports bike of the `90s I`m sure.

So go scratch your itch and find one - there are plenty around and you`ll get change from £2k, but make sure you get a standard one as most have been messed with! To give you an idea, I let this one go for less than £1700 (23000miles). The same guy bought both machines as the 1200 K3 was too good to walk away from

At least i`ve got room in the garage for my `14 now...... :)
