Went to the Carole Nash MCN Bike Show today with Chop - not bad this year in all honesty. These 2 beauties were there

Honda 750K1. The original 4 pot 750 Honda. I'd love one of these. And this is in spanking condition  :smitten: :smitten: Hardly ever see original K1's

And the new Brough Superior SS100
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

Nice Dave
I have a K3 CB750 Sunburst Orange in a state of restoration (not a sandcast) - I hope mine turns out like that - I have a lot of new bits for it but need to sell 4 bikes to get at it! It has the original 4 into 4 exhaust as well.
This is what I'm hoping it will look like!

I need to go somewhere I've not been but won't know until I get there!

Looks fantastic, good luck with your restoration.
Keep the rubber side down.          Mick

Very nice Stan - there was a K3 in that colour (import as had the higher bars) in the auction holding lot there as well.

The original 4into4 is now something very rare.

The one above was on the David Silver stand. Next time you are in the UK, you should go visit his place, some lovely Honda's apart from the K1 he had there today

He has a US site for spares too (although you probably know that) https://www.davidsilverspares.com/

He is THE man for Honda spares in the UK for sure.

Yeah Thanks Dave - I know his site - We have a good place in Vancouver as well and I managed to find lots of bits in good shape off Craigslist.
My next item is to have the tank painted and that will need new decals which I can get from 'Vintage CB750' in Canada.

My brother has restored a couple of Yamaha's. These were the first bikes we grew up with - the CB750 was a dream back then and when in the UK my first bike was an AJS 750 then got a '76 CB750P -I used to commute between Southampton and Bournemouth in the early 80's when doing my Masters at Warsash. All weathers no choice! Man it was cold in the winter and my riding gear was last!

My first restoration back in 2000 was a 77 GS750, bought in 4 boxes for £350.00, spent £3k on it, sold it for £1k,
A good businessman or what!! :embarrassed:
I DO have to grow old, I DO NOT have to grow up.
