If you fitted downpipes from a k5 onwards to an earlier bike they have larger internal diameters so could be your fueling that's wrong due to that .
Have a good look through the forums and threads as a lot of info as if any of the loom plugs including the ones in the head light aren't clean or plugged in fully they cause simular problems to what your having .
only a slightly modified gsx1400

The problem with retirement is that you cant take a day off

BlackAdder

White plug near the main fuse, left side of battery, usually covered with a black plug, goes nowhere two wires in there. Connect them with a wire and your bike is in dealer mode. You have to keep the power on when you get the code - when you cut the power it clears the trouble codes untill the error condition is on again (usually after 2 seconds when the fault is on)

What comes to the running poor-stuff, easyest first - like the allready mentioned firing order, altho it doesnt lite up any errorcodes soo... ...engine was out and runs bad after that, I'm guessing theres a sensor tha has not been plugged in. My first bet would be the intake air pressure sensor just underneath the tank: either the plug aint connected, or the hose going to the throttlebodies isnt where it's supposed to be, not connected or kinked - would let the bike to run, but it would run very poorly.

...but please, try to use points and capitals and so with sentences, much easyer to de-cypher whats going on...
...I accidentally Mordored my motor, is it bad...?
