Exhaust 42F2 and 42F0

I am asking for help, in my motorcycle there are installed exhalations with the symbol 42F2, one of them carries traces of scratches, I have another one with the symbol 42F0 but unfortunately it does not fit. The Elelment under the engine is the same for all models from 2001 to 2004, while the exhausts are two different. After mounting 42F0, the fastening at the rear foot does not match. Tell me why this silencer does not fit?

Because the pillion foot rests are different as well.
42F0 is for K2 and needs K2 foot rests (RH 43811-42F00 and LH 43821-42F00) 

42F2 is for K4, this one is the 1st with catalyst, and needs K4 foot rests (RH 43811-42F10 and LH 43821-42F10).
