We dont have any members in that immediate area. Either way it is sad to hear of another death of a fellow biker. Yet another Junction story that we hear all too often. Please ride safe guys and always double and tripple check at junctions weather you are useing it or not. ALWAYS break, ALWAYS slow and ALWAYS prepare for something going in or coming out of EVERY junction.. It may actually help you live longer.

Sound advice!
I actually live less than 2 miles from the spot the accident occurred on.
There have been many accidents on that stretch of road in the last few years and I cannot see it improving as the volume of traffic keeps increasing.
It is terrible that anyone loses a life in a road accident but when it is a fellow biker it hits home hard.
I have not heard a lot about what happened but a fellow villager told me this morning that he had heard the police have arrested a 27 year old woman  - I do not know if that is correct though.

Very sad indeed, always tell your family how much you love them before hitting the roads even if its in the cage.

Mister Fishfinger

Very sad news. It's unusual for police to hold a driver in custody so I guess they must be considering serious charges.

Red Biker

Very sad, same bike as us makes it seem so much worse RIP fella
