French Air Quality Certificate?

What's all this about then? Might I need one for touring through France this summer, as it seems to be in force for certain cities (incl Paris), but not all. Will it go across all France?

Sounds to me that the frenchies have a more sensible view on this as others. Restrictions are only in place at times of peak pollution. Our french resident will certainly chime in to confirm or deny my impression.

In our "green" zones you are prohibited to drive a car or truck that does not have a "green" sticker on any day of the year.  The good news is that in Germany motorcycles don't get emission stickers and can be ridden in any green zone at any time.

Not much

He was a close protection driver .. so in an armoured Lincoln or some such.  had a few hairy situations I gather.

But at least VW wasn't subjecting him to diesel fumes for 'research'

That research was done in the "green zone" 15 km from where I live. 25 healthy individuals were exposed to NOX levels as they are found in our cities for a couple of hours.

Our most valued chancellor Merkel immeadiately expressed her displeasure about this unethical action. 

So far we are still waiting for her to express her displeasure about the many killings by some of those "more valuable than gold" people she "invites" into Germany.

A higher German court made this statement in a judgement:

The rule of law in the Federal Republic has been suspended in this area however, for about one and a half years, and the illegal entry into the Federal territory is currently de facto no longer prosecuted

The laws meant are our constitution and asylum law (which are in line with the Geneva Convention. All these allow or demand refusal of entry (in well over 90% of the cases) into Germany and if they manage to enter anyway, to prosecute them.

Trump is like Angela in that they do not have the best interest of their people in mind. They take a dump on the constitution of their respective countries. Laws exist for them only if they suit their own agenda.
