RENNTEC crashbars

Help needed

I went to refit my Renntec crash bars for winter season but I can't as the two spacer washers are lost in the 'mess'  (thats what the wife unit says the garage is), do I diss her sewing kit

Can anyone let me know the thickness of the spacers so I can get a pair machined up in alloy because Renntec in Ringwood will only sell me a complete fitting kit, a bit rich for something they must have loads in a bin somewhere?
