Title: Nottingham Egg Run Sunday 9th April

Hi All
          Good to be back on again. Anyone in Chesterfield or surrounding area fancy this as a few of us do this every year. Main ride is Nottingham Goose fair site to Mansfield Fire Station. We meet at CMC Clay Cross at about 8AM for an 8.30 ride off to the Goose Fair site.

I'm Notts based but doing it the other way around and doing the Squires egg run which is also this Sunday!

It goes back Years Vlad, Thirteenth Century it used to take place on the frozen River Trent.
It started as every Year farmers from surrounding area would herd geese into town and then get mortal with the money they got!
Every Year they put a massive Goose on the main roundabout into Nottingham it's a real traditional fair with Boxing Booth, Tiny Tim, George the Giant and my personal favourite 'Snake Lady'
