just like myself

That does look nice Red. It'll be very fitting with the rest of your bike.

Sound?  Yeah, that'll be loud.     Guess stealth is out the window then - have to go for the Black Assasin instead!

Hi Col
Added bonus is I could powder coat the tips in the Anthracite I've used on swing arm and other bits. Gonna stick it on and have a look first. I'll post noise vid at the weekend

Well, to be honest, I did wonder about the shiny tips, thought they may disappear.

Stuck them on last night for a quick gozz!
Liking them alot but thinking that now I've come this far the link pipe really needs to go Black!
What does everyone think??

i agree black on the link pipe
does anyone near you do ceramic coating as that can be black and handle the heat.

I agree - black. If you don't want to go the Ceramic route, try B&Q BBQ paint (seriously) it dries rock hard and gives a nice flat matt coat. Bugger to get off though if you change your mind!!!

Was thinking that Dave as used the plasticote on the Dow pipes so should match. I can always go the coating route if it doesn't work out 👍

You have almost totally black bike, so link pipe should be black.

Now with rear caliper to match the front  :onya:
Got the headlight case back on but haven't figured a way to position all the wires so I can fasten it UP!!

Cheers

Someone's half inched your rear footrests Nigel!

Regards the headlight - wires go across the top and down the sides works pretty well, flattened as much as possible. But it can be a bit tight admittedly.

Having another go today!
Re the rear pegs the ballbearing is jammed in the oem, I've got New ones waiting but now waiting on new springs and balls.

By the way, if anyone is thinking of spending £30 on pre load adjusters, don't do it!!
This is the only angle they can be seen from  :frustrated:
