Title: Balancer Gauges
Post by: grog on Friday, 31 July 2026, 04:49 PM
Looks like my old vac gauge set needs tossing out, has lasted well.My question is, has anyone used the Chinese kits? Morgan etc nearly $300, China $50-60. For something I hardly use just wondering, always been set and forget on 14.

I've got the Carbtune pro set, comes in very handy.  Bought it as a kit with the very nice right angle screw driver kit.

Mine were a cheap £30? set off ebay, they do the job fine even if the adjuster screws on the gauges to get them equal are buggers to use.

I had a cheap set for years and then got the Carbtune ones, I still use the little adjusters from the old set on the Carbtune set to smooth out the readings.
