Afternoon, which flavour 14 are you getting?

I'm not being to fussy really, just needs to be in good nick and lowest possible mileage. Over the next few months/year it will be ever so slightly modified and if all goes well I will be fitting a TTS super charger.

Hmm a nutter  cause one thing they don't need is more torque, but I bet it'd be fun.

Gidday Damien, welcome to the forum.  A supercharger, hmmm, so you must of had some pretty wild bikes in the past then, tell us about them, or put some pics up, us lot like pics.    :onya:

My 2c worth, I'd say ride the GSX first, get used to it, it has plenty of grunt as it is, how fast do you want to make it go?  Why?  Are you going to drag it?

My Mate has had supercharger on his 14 around 15 yrs. Never worried it, looks crap, unreal to ride, it's over 200 on dyno. Last I heard had it in pieces looking for 300, just what his family does, all speed freaks, cars n bikes. Those new TTS kits look so much better, around 8G Aust fitted🙈👍

Hi, definitely looking to drag it at Santa Pod, my Dad used to go a lot and took me and my brother so it's in the blood. I love the Suzukis, a did a few stage one bits to a 1200 bandit and loved the bike and the 1400 has been on a bucket list of bikes I've been working my way through.. Who knows this might be a keeper.

Deposit paid, collecting Wednesday!! I know the silver ones are too fast for most people but the price, mileage and condition couldn't be missed 😜

That is a very tidy looking bike, how many K's?  If it's a real low mileage bike, just remember to check the date on the tires before getting into it.

It's 2003 so K3? 18k miles 👍 What tyres did they sell with?

Bridgestone BT-020 when new, but they won't have lasted that long. They were crap & lucky to make 5-6k.

You've misspelt the colour, that's metallic primer  no top coat makes them lighter so they're nearly as fast as a B/W  :stir:  :whistling:

Does look a tidy one though.

Blimey, 5 to 6K out of your Bridgestones.

Got 3 out of the back and 4.5 out of the front, on mine.  :whatever:

I hadn't been riding long when I got my first 14 so was scared of the throttle, but I still threw it down the road when the slipstones did the slipstone thing & provided zero grip in the damp.

A link to a GSX1400 drag bike, not much left of the std 1400 though. 7.5 seconds at 174 mph (280 kph) is really moving it!  :onya:  :clapping:

Mates B/W with supercharger, can't remember 1/4 times. To ride, just like a normal 14 but smile on face incredible be careful arse kick. So bloody powerful. Now pulled down to extract another 90 bhp🙈
