Title: New Owner in Poland!
Post by: imweirdimnotsocial21 on Sunday, 15 March 2026, 06:59 AM
Hello everyone!

This is Alex, from Greece, living in Poland for the past 4 years.

Just got my first GSX1400 K2, as my second bike ever, after I departed with my lovely B6 K5 bandit in August last year!

Please to be here, learn, and get inspired by all of you!

All the best to everyone! Feel free to reach out if Greek or Polish! :)

Ayup.

Have Polish roads improved? the one time I went there they consisted of potholes linked by traffic jams.

Heyo!

Thank you all! :)

I'll upload pics as soon as I giver her a proper clean! I need your thoughts also if the colour codes are fucked incorrect, cause I have a feeling the tank is LF1 and the tail is Candy Blue...

Anyway, till then! Thanks for the warm welcome! :D

Hey mate, been here for 4 years now, all major roads are awesome... However, their downside is that they're FUCKING STRAIGHT FOR AGES!!!!!!

Smaller roads in remote areas can be shitty, Warsaw on the other had is premium stuff.

This pic is not perfect, but it is her first one since my ownership :D

Her name's Athena! The mighty Greek Goddess of Wisdom and War!

Let me know if you think the tank and the tail plastics are different colours... I have a very nerve recking feeling they might be...

Looks nice, I do like the Blue.   Looks the same to me, but trying to do a colour match up off a LED screen, yeah, not gonna be accurate. I personally wouldn't worry about if it's the same or not, looks very close if it's not, but then it's not my bike, so, up to you really, if it just niggles you, remove both & have them repainted in your choice of colour, or just leave it.

Athena is bound to of had blue eyes, so best leave her blue . . . :onya:

Hard to tell, it might be the lighting but it does look different, like it's been damaged and resprayed.  :whatever:
